Industrial Grade Autoclaves/ Sterilizer is designed for sterilization of regulated bio medical waste generated from the hospitals for destruction of bacteria and related organism. The Autoclaves/ Sterilizer is designed with various safety feature such as automatic door locking system, safety valve, water low cut off device. The Autoclaves/ Sterilizer is required to handle bio-medical waste of 10 to100 kg/per cycle of sterilization and is able to perform approx 5 cycles per shift of 8 hours in a day. The Autoclaves/ Sterilizer has sturdy gasket capable to withstand double the operating pressure and is designed with low chamber floor height for easy loading and unloading. The Industrial Grade Autoclaves/ Sterilizer is designed with fully automatic sliding door that is pneumatically operated with fully advanced programmable logic controller with 80 column full status recording printer.
